All rooms are spacious and of contemporary design. The furniture is creatively handcrafted in cool polished concrete or wood, and stylish decorated by Tendance Khmère©. All beds have spring mattresses with 100% cotton bed-linen giving a rich feel of comfort and quality.

On the occasion of its 1st anniversary, the 252 has been relooked by Flavien, the creator of Tendance Khmère. Come and discover australia, the new brand from down-under which combines a subtle blend of silk with Australia's beach lifestyle in our ground floor rooms. On the first floor you will find yourself rocked by the magic of comptoirs khmers, travelling from the Hawaiian Islands to Pondichery with a stopover in Seoul and Shanghai. The second floor is dedicated to tendance khmere, the leading brand with Cambodian silk and designer cotton fabric. The last floor brings you to tomoco during the Edo period in Japan, the traditional kimonos have been revisited in a collection of pillows "courtepointe" and seat cushions.
