All rooms are spacious and of contemporary design. The furniture is creatively handcrafted in cool polished concrete or wood, and stylish decorated by Tendance Khmère©. All beds have spring mattresses with 100% cotton bed-linen giving a rich feel of comfort and quality.

As every year, the 252 has received a new design by Flavien, the creator of Tendance Khmère and is now shining in the colors of Australia with the corporation of Khmer Trading Australia.
